Coordination Of Benefits
If you, your spouse or your eligible dependents also have coverage
under another plan, the MILA National Health Plan
will coordinate payment of benefits with your other coverage.
This process prevents duplicate payments for the same medical
expenses, and determines which Plan pays benefits first.
If you are eligible for MILA National Health Plan benefits as
an employee or pensioner and your spouse is also eligible for
MILA National Health Plan benefits as an employee or
pensioner, please refer to “Which Plan Pays Benefits First” in
the next column for details about the coordination of your
benefits.
