WHAT IS COVERED

Dental Treatment

The Medical Plan does not cover dental care except for necessary x-ray examinations and physicians’ services for the removal of impacted wisdom teeth and for the treatment of accidental injuries to natural teeth, provided the expenses are not covered under any dental Plan. In the case of an accidental injury, the expenses must relate to and be incurred within 12 months of the accident. Other dental care, including orthodontia, endodontics and periodontics, is not covered under the Medical Plan. For a description of the Dental Plan coverage Click here.
